24-Year-Old TV Host Arrested for Poisoning Colleague, Victim Now in ICU with Full Paralysis
In a real-life case that feels straight out of a detective manga, 24-year-old Japanese MC Saori Ohtsubo has been arrested for poisoning a female colleague, leaving the victim completely paralyzed and reliant on life support.
The shocking incident has shaken the Japanese broadcasting community. According to reports, Ohtsubo worked for RBC (Ryukyu Broadcasting Corporation) in Okinawa for two years. Tensions reportedly began in May of last year after a conflict with a newly transferred female colleague, whom Ohtsubo is now accused of targeting.
